  7. Official security requests

  8. Due to our 15 years’ experience  in the field of operational management of the diplomatic world, we are able to provide our clients with the best calibre of suppliers who have the specific authorisations necessary to accomplish private security missions for top level personalities.  Hence, we are able to comply to each specific need required, whether it is concerning foreign languages, international protocol know-how, clothes attire or familiarity with the Belgian legislation.

  9. Security aspects relating to groups of top level personalities, require an efficient and extremely precise approach to risk management for incidents that could occur during an event.  With much experience gained over the past few years working closely with national security authorities (member states of the EU, USA, Russia, ME, Asia and African countries) we are able to ensure our clients of a thorough and professional cooperation with the Belgian national security officials. We regularly organise coordination meetings with the national security authorities to ensure that the planning is thoroughly tooth combed and we ensure that updated checklists leave nothing to chance.

  10. Official obligations

  11. Our experience has taught us to be extremely thorough and to master the legal aspects of organising top level security.  Having an extensive address book of important and relevant contacts allows us to guide our clients through the twists and turns of the heavy administrative obligations that they must adhere to.  For example, some people are oblivious to the fact that using walkie-talkies requires a prerequisite authorisation from the Belgian Institutions to hire the Citizens band channels.   Security agents bringing arms into the country must have written approval and authorisation from the Ministry of the  Interior before landing on Belgian soil.  As we have been working with the relevant authorities for many years, we are able to ensure and guarantee a smooth and transparent management of these important aspects of official obligations and with great discretion.

  12. Liaison agents

  13. Our Liaison agents follow a thorough screening and in-depth training before working out on the field with official delegations. They are generally expected not only to speak the language of the delegation that they will be accompanying, but also to be familiar with the culture and customs of the country concerned.  There is an on-going training of heightened awareness about the security measures needed for any specific delegation they will be handling.

  14. A Liaison Agent needs to be able to react to all circumstances that could happen during the stay of the delegation they are responsible for.  They need to be pro-active and improvise efficiently to all possible health, security and individual incidents or challenges that may occur.
