  5. Permanent and efficient assistance

  6. Our Liaison Officers have been drilled to respond to all situations that may arise.  To be able to do this they have to be multi-lingual and have been trained to study and prepare each assignment in great depth weeks prior to the event.

  7. This necessitates university graduates in Political Science, International Relations, Interpretation and other diplomas which are relevant to this type of profile.   Our Liaison Officers have also been screened for their appropriate personal appearance and conduct. Other important criteria for a Liaison Officer is their flair for diplomacy, to remain humble and discreet yet feel at ease to work with dignitaries and top level personalities.  They are service oriented and need to work discreetly on the back stage of top level events and more importantly must be resistant to stress.

  8. In addition, we ensure an on-going training with our internal experts and when deemed necessary we will call upon outside experts to talk about national and international protocol, security, cultures, customs and traditions as well as religious, health and general information about their dignitaries.

  10. Our Liaison Officers have been drilled to respond to all situations that may arise.  To be able to do this they have to be multi-lingual and are trained to study and prepare each assignment in great depth weeks prior to the event.

  11. Preparation is of upmost importance for a successful mission.  Before the arrival of their VIP or delegation, the Liaison Officers will have already made regular contact with their Single Point of Contact from the delegation, to ensure that they have the most updated version of the planning schedule and are able to respond to any requests made by the delegation before their arrival.  From the moment they greet their delegation eventually on the tarmac at the airport or at the train station, the Liaison Officer will accompany the delegation and will fine tune the changes of programme as well as the transfers.  It is the role of the Liaison Office to procure pins, badges and relevant documents for the delegations.  It is also their responsibility to be the intermediate between the delegation and the airlines to make last minute flight changes.

  12. They should also have extensive knowledge about restaurants, shops and be able to provide other tourist or entertainment information as well as give their recommendations and escort the delegation to the different locations.  The Liaison Officer is there to ensure that the trip runs smoothly and will assist wherever and whenever deemed necessary.
