Fervently active in the Meeting industry for the last 25 years as a PCO (Professional Conference Organiser) Sam is specialised in official and media covered events.


A well renowned expert in the field of national and international protocol, he collaborates closely with the royal family protocol services, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of the Interior, NATO, European Commission, European Council, and other diplomatic missions. Sam also masters the scenography of top level events.

He was involved in the general coordination and protocol management of more than 70 events held during the Belgian Presidency of the European Union which took place in 2001 and 2010.  This entailed high level international meetings, accompanying Heads of State on behalf of the European Development Days, ASEM, NATO as well as business leaders.
